Mindfuness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Program

The Stress Reduction Program is based on the reknowned Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Program from UMASS. An 8 week program that includes 8 weekly classes and one full day of training between the 6th and 7th week.

 

The Mindful Health Professional

A one day scientific and experiential introduction workshop to Mindfulness Therapy and the principals of stress reduction. Mental health Worker CEUs are available.​​



MBSR 5 Day Intensive

A 5 day intensive residential workshop condensing mindfulness training based on the (MBSR) Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Program..​

 

Veterans/ Mindful Warriors

An MBSR program specifically for Veterans.

 

A Day of Mindfulness

A day of guided mindfulness practice. Free to all returning graduates of previous workshops.
