The course costs 300 + 35 materials fee.  The materials fee and first month ($50) must be paid prior to acceptance into the course.

 

6 Month Financing Policy: The Stress Clinic will divide the full $300 payment of the MBSR up into 6 equal installments. Please see PAYMENT PLAN for more details. The $35 materials fee and first month is always paid in advance.

 

Financial Aid Request Philosophy: Our philosophy is that the skills taught in the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Program are of benefit to anyone, regardless of socio-economic status. For that reason, the program staff will make every effort to include any individual who is motivated to learn these MBSR skills and to use them in their daily life, regardless of the individual’s financial status or ability to pay. Because of our limited funds we ask all financial aid applicants to pay a minimum of 50% of the program fee.Our program must also operate in a fiscally responsible way in order to survive and to continue to grow. We base the number of financial aids we give out on the amount of revenue that comes in each cycle. We normally make our financial aid decisions three to four weeks before the date of first class date, but notification may occur closer to the first class date. Please plan to attend an orientation of your requested class. This does not necessarily mean you will receive an award. Download our financial aid form and submit along with your application    

 

Withdrawal policy

If you must withdraw from class, requests for withdrawal can be submitted through email  by 5 pm on the date of the Last Day to Cancel which is the first business day after the first scheduled day of whichever class you are particpating in.

You will be charged a $50 administration fee for processing your cancellation. This administration fee is determined by the full cost of the program, not based on your deposit or any discounted rate you may have received.  Any class materials you received must be returned in good condition to your instructor, or mailed at your expense, within 10 days of your notification to cancel. Refunds will not be processed until materials have been received.

If you paid by check or cash please allow a minimum of 30 days to receive your refund check. If you paid by credit card please allow 5 business days after receipt of your materials to credit your account.

There are no refunds issued after cancellation deadline.  Financial transactions are nontransferable.
